Brenna Bozarth founded Delicate Steel in 2021.

Brenna brings a unique lens to the world of interiors. Previously, she advised governments and corporations – ranging from biotech to hospitality - on strategy, imaging and reputation. She’s worked with clients in the US, UK, Canada, Belgium, Germany, France, Russia, China, Korea, UAE, Chile and Brazil. She discovered a love for interiors while renovating her first townhouse and went on to study at the Interior Design Institute.

She founded Delicate Steel with the goal of creating livable, elegant spaces for everyone, regardless of their age or health. A lupus warrior herself, Brenna has made modifications throughout her home to help manage symptoms and support continued independence. Importantly, these modifications have been cleverly disguised as sophisticated design choices.

Brenna’s work embraces new ideas, cross-cultural dialogue, low impact, energy efficient design and the principles of neuroaesthetics and biophilia.

/Neuroaesthetics/

Applies the rigours of neuroscience to the study of humans’ reaction to beauty. Neuroaesthetics explains how we perceive beauty in art, architecture and design, and quantifies the benefits we derive from it.

/Biophilia/

Long standing and widely accepted theory that humans possess an innate tendency to seek connections with nature.
